Mayor Dwight Jones' Call for a Referendum

On Thursday, January 28, 2016, Mayor Dwight Jones gave his last annual State of the City address. During the speech, Mayor Jones touched on various topics and achievements in Richmond that lead the city to the “thriving” state it is now in. Mayor Jones also made sure to acknowledge and show his appreciation for some of the people and organizations that aided his administration during his terms as mayor.
